My Mobile Wellness Healthcare (MWHC) provides a convenient way to access various important health information from your mobile device. By logging in to the app using your MyChart account, you can have mobile access to the following:

• Test Results: Easily view and reference lab test results, along with the standard ranges for each result.
• Communication: Stay connected with your healthcare team by viewing, creating, and replying to messages.
• Appointments: Manage your healthcare schedule by viewing or cancelling upcoming appointments, as well as reviewing details of past appointments.
• Health Advisories: Receive helpful notifications for annual physicals, flu shots, and other preventive care needs.
• Health Summary: Access an overview of your health profile, including medications, allergies, immunizations, and current health concerns.
• Proxy Access: Safely view health information for designated family members, including children.
• Data Tracking: Seamlessly upload and track health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app, if enrolled in self-tracking programs.
